These Terms of Use govern access to Commitment Ally, a service operated by 4 PINES LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Purpose of the service
Commitment Ally helps users set and track commitments, receive reminders, and invite accountability partners. It is a motivational and organizational tool, not a guarantee of outcomes or professional medical, mental health, financial, or legal advice.
Your account and commitments
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, the security of your sign-in credentials, and lawful use of the service. Do not submit another person's contact details without permission to invite them.
Accountability partner invitations
Partners may accept or decline invitations. Do not use the service to harass, threaten, or repeatedly contact anyone who has not consented. Notifications may be delayed or undelivered due to network or service conditions.
Plans and subscriptions
Commitment Ally may offer free and paid plans. Available features, prices, billing frequency, and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase. Where purchases are made through an app store, that store's applicable payment and cancellation rules also apply. Paid subscriptions are not yet offered through this website.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful activities.
Service changes
Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We may revise these terms and update the date above.
Limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee that reminders, notifications, or goal outcomes will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
