You can request deletion of your Commitment Ally account and associated app data.
How to request deletion
- Email commitmentallyapp@gmail.com with the subject Commitment Ally Account Deletion.
- Send the request from the email address associated with your account, if possible. Do not send your password.
- We may contact you to verify ownership before processing the request.
Information covered
The request is intended to cover your account profile, commitments, completion history, and associated accountability-partner records held for your account. Some records may need to be retained where required by law, for security, or to resolve legitimate disputes.
Important
Deleting the app from your device does not automatically delete your account. If you have an app-store subscription, you may also need to cancel it through the app store to stop future charges.
